How much is the ENFIA discount?

The discount reaches up to 20% for properties with a taxable value of up to €500,000. For properties with a taxable value exceeding €500,000, the discount rate goes up to 10%. The discount varies according to the months covered. So, for homes that are insured for:

• 12 months: 20% discount
• 9 months: 15% discount
• 3 months: 5% discount
• less than 3 months: no discount

Keep in mind that this discount:

• is calculated on the total amount of the main and supplementary tax
• only applies to the insured house and not to your entire property value
