Fast Track is not a service. It is a very fast claims process, included in all car and motorcycle contracts and available to all our customers. It is activated in many damage cases, as long as it is clear that you are not responsible and we quickly receive detailed photographs of the incident.

Copy linkIt depends on so many parameters that we can't say for sure. On average we compensate 50% of cases within one day with Fast Track. If you call us immediately after an accident and it is clear that you are not at fault, then it is very likely that you will be compensated with Fast Track within 24 hours.
Copy linkIt is very simple. If you are involved in an accident and it is clear from the photos you sent us that the other vehicle is at fault, then we don't wait for the other insurance company to accept liability but proceed directly to compensation.
In order to do this, we will therefore ask you for:
- Your details
- Clear photos of the incident
- A description of the accident
Especially in case of an accident, it would be best for you to call us as soon as possible so that we can proceed with Fast Track. We'll record the damage together over the phone or, if you prefer, we'll send a partner. If you happen to leave the scene before calling us, you will have up to 7 days to contact us and report the damage. Otherwise, we will not be able to send a partner. In that case, you will have to make the report over the phone and send us your own photos.
