1. We fill a claim report

First we will fill a claim report together by phone and we’ll automatically open your file. If you have a damage that is covered by your policy and you are to be compensated by us, we move on to step 2.

2. You choose a garage – or we can recommend one

You’ll get perks including priority repairs, warranty on workmanship and technical inspections if you pick one of our trusted partner garages. If necessary, our expert will also come to the workshop to check your vehicle.

3. Then, it’s time to complete the transaction

If you authorise the garage to be paid by us, you’re done! If you decide not to authorise the garage, email us at payments@hd.gr with:

  • Your car registration certificate
  • The IBAN of the beneficiary
  • The ID card of the car owner
  • The invoices

It depends on so many parameters that we can't say for sure. On average we compensate 50% of cases within one day. If you call us immediately after an accident and it is clear that you are not at fault, then it is very likely that you will be compensated within 24 hours.

If you choose one of our partner garages, then we can compensate the garage directly, if this is what you prefer. If you choose to go to a garage of your liking, then:

  • You pay for the garage labour
  • You send us the voucher documents at payments@hd.gr
  • We give you the compensation
